Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your email box accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just specify the e-mail account you would like to redirect messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
